The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global pay equity and transparency program. This role will be critical in embedding pay equity and enhancing pay transparency across our organization, aligning with our inclusion and diversity objectives.

The successful candidate will have deep expertise in reward programs, project management, and organizational skills. They will be responsible for designing and developing global pay transparency and pay equity frameworks, processes, and tools to rectify pay disparities, support talent attraction and retention, and cultivate a culture of fairness and equity.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of a global pay transparency program, including pay equity frameworks, processes, and tools.
  • Evaluate job architecture, pay structures, and pay practices to enhance transparency and equity.
  • Review recruitment processes and propose changes to incorporate pay transparency frameworks and mitigate bias.
  • Develop education programs for leaders and employees to build trust and engagement around BHP's reward philosophy and practices.
  • Measure the impact of pay transparency initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and business strategy.
About You
  • Experience in managing and understanding reward programs and relevant reward processes and pay components.
  • Deep project management experience and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with SAP is an advantage.
