About the Role
  • This position offers a unique opportunity to work on advanced applications such as Distribution Power Flow, Fault Location Isolation & Service Restoration, Volt/VAR Control & Optimization, Outage Management Systems, and Switch Order Management.

You will serve as a key point of contact with our clients throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating across functional teams including ADMS Application Engineers, Architecture & Product Solution teams, and Software Development organization.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects within the ADMS portfolio and provide expert technical support
  • Support the implementation of control systems at electric utilities
  • Participate in the design, planning, and execution of ADMS projects
  • Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot, prioritize, and test product changes
  • Interface with GIS teams to extract, translate, and load electrical network models into Distribution Management Systems
  • Configure and integrate software components to meet contract requirements and test with customers
  • Support training for customers on operating the delivered systems
  • Provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving issues observed on live systems
