We are seeking an experienced and skilled Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy pizza shop in Moorooka.

About the Job:

As our Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the shop during each shift. You will work closely with our team members, guaranteeing that all pizzas meet the highest standards, customers receive exceptional service, and the shop remains well-maintained and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day activities, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer relations
  • Lead and support our small team to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the recruitment, training, and rostering of new staff members
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, supplies, and finances
  • Ensure the shop is clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service, handling complaints and feedback professionally

Your Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in hospitality, takeaway, or fast food is highly desirable
  • A friendly, reliable, and hands-on approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure during busy periods
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
