Job Description

The Site Coordinator reports to the Site Manager PDC Geelong, delivering day-to-day operational leadership of the North Shore and Oyster Cove sites. The role entails ensuring the safe and timely delivery of products to customers, coordinating people, HSE, and compliance requirements.

This involves leading despatch operations to meet delivery in full, on time (DIFOT) targets at North Shore and Oyster Cove, maintaining site environmental and housekeeping standards, and overseeing shipping and site inventory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Drive process improvements to reduce truck turnaround times.
  • Maintain site environmental and housekeeping standards.
  • Oversee shipping and site inventory requirements.
  • Lead despatch operations to meet DIFOT targets.
  • Ensure compliance with IPF HSE standards, EPA regulations, and Work Instructions.
Requirements
  • Commitment to positively contributing to a safe, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar programs (despatch and maintenance modules).
  • Experience in operational leadership within manufacturing, logistics, or related industry.
  • Permit to Work and JSA experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • General maintenance/mechanical aptitude (desirable, not essential).
