Job Summary:

The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to executives, senior leaders, and line managers, providing high-quality strategic and operational HR support across multiple sites.

  • Navigate complex industrial relations, interpreting relevant Awards, engaging with unions and employee associations, and resolving issues in a collaborative way.
  • Lead or support intricate workplace investigations, performance matters, and case management, ensuring fairness and care for employees and organisational standards.
  • Partner with leaders to plan and implement organisational change initiatives that enhance culture, engagement, and workforce adaptability.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion strategies, providing practical advice to embed cultural respect and equitable employment practices.
  • Coach and mentor leaders to strengthen people leadership capabilities, resolve workplace issues, and uplift team performance.
