
Strategic Human Resources Business Leader

This is a strategic role that requires an experienced HR professional to lead and manage all aspects of human resources, focusing on workforce strategy, organizational design, and employee relations.
About The RoleThe successful candidate will have the ability to navigate complex workplace issues, negotiate with unions, and provide expert advice on employment law. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing organizational change initiatives, managing investigations, and providing coaching and mentoring to leaders.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Lead and manage industrial relations, including negotiating with unions and resolving disputes.
- Provide expert advice on employment law and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Develop and deliver training programs for leaders and employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Mentor and coach leaders to strengthen their people leadership capabilities and resolve workplace issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, industrial relations, and/or law, with significant experience in generalist HR roles. They will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, as well as the ability to think critically and strategically.
About YouYou are an experienced HR professional with a passion for leading and managing teams. You have a proven track record of success in industrial relations, employment law, and organizational change management. You are comfortable navigating complex workplace issues and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You hold a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- You have at least 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role, with a focus on industrial relations and employment law.
- You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- You are able to think critically and strategically, and have a proven track record of success in organizational change management.
- You are passionate about diversity, inclusion, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
