Payroll Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced payroll consultant to join our team. As a payroll consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Answering client queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Confidently explaining calculations and assisting with problem-solving.
  • Managing client expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Attending relevant product and skill courses to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Sharing information and best practices amongst the team.
  • Providing a learning environment while mentoring new consultants.
  • Working collaboratively with the Customer Success team to achieve our goals.
  • Keeping accurate records of client communications and logging all customer emails.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation.
  • Experience in using payroll software, preferably Datapay.
  • End-to-end payroll processing experience.
  • Understanding of payroll processing in a bureau environment is an advantage.
  • Over 2 years' experience in payroll processing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to mentor and support others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to clearly explain policies and procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
