As a Medical Administration Officer, you will play a vital part in supporting our medical team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to our medical practitioners, ensuring smooth clinic operations.
  • Assisting with new employee onboarding and student placements, ensuring a positive experience for newcomers.
  • Collaborating with the team to create and manage medical rosters, ensuring adequate coverage and accurate records.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely information provision to the medical workforce, disseminating critical updates and policy changes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative tasks, including appointment management, patient records, and correspondence.
  • Supporting the medical team with meeting agendas, minutes, and other administrative duties.
  • Coordinating student placements and new employee onboarding, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Managing medical rosters, scheduling shifts, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • High level of customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Ability to take on administrative tasks and adapt to changing needs.
  • Advanced computer skills with experience in Microsoft programs.
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
