Automotive Damage Assessor

You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of motor claims, ensuring exceptional customer outcomes by negotiating safe and cost-effective repairs.
This role requires a keen eye for detail and passion for cars to assess vehicle damage accurately.
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the repair process.
- Cultivate strong relationships with industry partners and internal teams.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve common goals.
- A trade qualification in panel beating, spray painting or mechanics, plus 5 years post-trade work experience.
- Demonstrated experience preparing repair estimates and delivering superior customer service.
- Must have experience assessing vehicles or smash repair experience.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent time management.
- Ability to work well within a team environment and support colleagues.
