Insurance Claims Assessor Role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified insurance claims assessor to fill this key position. This is a full-time role responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately assessing damage to vehicles in a timely manner, and ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers
  • Accurately assessing damage to vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with industry standards and company procedures
  • Completing assessments as required onsite, off-site, and online
  • Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle inspections, including mapping and imaging
  • Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness as required
  • Assisting with production management of the centre where required
  • Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
  • Handing over completed repairs to customers

Requirements:

Proven experience within a similar position, including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry. Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers. Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities. Ability to meet strict deadlines. Ability to problem solve with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
