About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced team leader to lead our Bushland Maintenance operations. This role involves developing and managing operational plans, business systems, procedures, scheduling, and monitoring performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, coordinate, and supervise a Bushland maintenance team, including all operational activities.
  • Undertake recruitment processes for operational staff or agency hire/contract staff.
  • Maintain and administer business systems to plan, schedule, monitor, and record operational activities.
  • Ensure operational activities deliver required service levels and are efficient and effective.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma or tertiary qualification in a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position with significant practical experience in bushland maintenance.
  • Chemical Safety - AQF3 & AQF4 Accreditation.
  • NSW Drivers Licence (Class C).

  • A competitive salary starting from $100K + Superannuation + Council Leaseback Vehicle.
  • A performance bonus (up to 2% annual salary) + organisational bonus (up to $2K).
