Landscaping Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Bushland Maintenance Officer to join our team in Ku-Ring-Gai. As part of this role, you will work collaboratively with the local Council to construct and maintain existing bushland walking tracks.

This position is ideal for individuals with Landscape Construction certificates or experience in Parks and Gardens teams. Relevant skills such as Arborism, Plant operation, and Stone Masonry are also highly valued.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A WHS White Card (essential)
  • Familiarity with small plant equipment, including chainsaws, brush cutters, ride-on mowers, and hedgers
  • Familiarity with heavy plant, such as excavators and bobcats
  • A MR Truck Licence (desired)
  • Physical fitness for manual work
  • A C Class Licence minimum
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in natural area and bushland maintenance
  • Stone Masonry Experience (desired)

As an ongoing casual employee, you will enjoy a 9 day fortnight schedule with potential opportunities to transition to full-time employment.
