  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Ensure effective communication between Sanitarium and suppliers to enhance business outcomes.
  • Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with replenishment guidelines and purchasing policies.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive service level excellence.
  • Manage purchase order placement, time slotting, and vehicle utilization to maximize efficiency.
  • Coordinate product ranging and deletion activities, as well as event management and process updates.
  • Optimize distribution center order days, frequency, lead times, and recommend range adjustments.
  • Provide regular reporting and analytics to stakeholders as needed.
  • Identify and address operational issues and exceptions through data analysis and observation.
