About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Supply Chain Inventory Leader to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a strong background in supply chain management and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead the implementation of best practices in stock, raw material, and consumables management to drive business targets and foster continuous improvement.
  • To develop and maintain high product and service standards while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • To monitor inventory trends, manage made-to-order processes, and align team resources to optimize performance.
  • To foster a culture of safety leadership and environmental initiatives through HSE policy implementation.
  • To build a high-performance team and lead innovation in inventory and supply chain strategy.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Process Engineering viewed favourably.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in concrete products, construction materials, quarry, or heavy manufacturing industries.
  • Strong commercial understanding.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Proven leadership with a focus on safety, improvement, and collaboration.
