Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods and materials from suppliers to customers. Your primary objective will be to ensure that products are delivered on time and in the correct quantities.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess strong communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing information system updates and ERP transactions to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely deliveries.
  • Detecting and resolving anomalies in the supply chain, including missing parts and inventory discrepancies.
  • Evaluating and improving processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the supply chain.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a similar supply chain environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Basic knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
