Job Role Summary

A key position requiring proactive relationship management to ensure timely resolutions and retention through service amendments, negotiations with clients, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the customer at risk process related to the branch portfolio, ensuring timely resolutions and retention through service amendments, negotiations with clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure profit margins align with regional targets during negotiations.
  • Record and maintain data on potential customers at risk of branch churn, identifying emerging trends.
  • Manage regional priority lists and make recommendations as needed.
  • Promote services and support retentions teams during upselling campaigns.
  • Manage regional age debt, handle stop list accounts, and liaise with affected customers.
  • Coordinate with departments impacting customer relations and retention.
  • Identify customers at risk and upselling opportunities within the regional portfolio.

You will oversee a three-month handover of accounts from one team to another. Staying updated on current costs and prices for collection services will help support the team and strengthen customer relationships through regular contact and territory management.
