At our organization, we are seeking a highly experienced Strategic IT Director to drive our ongoing growth and success.

The Opportunity
  • Develop and execute IT strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Manage, maintain, implement, and optimize our IT systems and infrastructure across the business.
  • Ensure compliance of all IT practices.
  • Oversee external relationships, ensuring service quality and efficiency.
  • Lead training across the business, create, and maintain processes to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

About You:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role (IT Manager/Senior IT) within the construction sector.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and successful management of IT systems in a similar role within residential construction.
  • Excellent leadership skills - proven ability to implement, drive, motivate, and train.
  • Ability to foster excellent relationships with all stakeholders, including executives.
  • Tertiary qualification (desired).
