Job Description

Are you a proactive and results-driven individual who loves connecting with people and identifying top talent? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment?

This role involves collaborating with the recruiting team and hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly. You'll stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques to continually improve talent sourcing efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with the recruiting team and hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques
• Providing regular reports and updates on talent sourcing metrics and progress

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Experience as a Talent Sourcer (1-2 years) or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced or agency recruiting environment
• Experience in talent sourcing techniques, including online searches, Boolean searches, social media recruiting, and other creative methods
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
