Job Title: Disability Case Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Case Manager to join our team. As a Disability Case Manager, you will play a vital role in managing the end-to-end impairment determination process for injured workers.
This is a full-time position that requires strong analytical and reasoning skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide personalized support throughout the claims management process.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the impairment determination process for injured workers, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
- Collaborate with medical professionals, legal teams, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and make informed decisions.
- Develop and implement effective case plans to ensure timely and successful resolution of claims.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or healthcare.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in claims management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of medical and paramedical terminology and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
