Production Technician Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills and a passion for cycling. They will be responsible for ensuring every bike that leaves the shop is safe, tuned, and ready to deliver an exceptional ride.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair bikes efficiently with a focus on speed, accuracy, and quality
  • Perform bike builds and pre-assemblies according to Trek standards
  • Lead the service area with professionalism and high standards of organization and cleanliness
  • Deliver best-in-class hospitality by helping customers understand service options and timelines
  • Maintain Trek University Guide Status through ongoing training and certification
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to complete daily tasks and support overall shop operations
  • Ensure consistent communication and leadership within the service department
