Our team is looking for a skilled Bike Mechanic who can troubleshoot and repair bikes efficiently with a focus on speed, accuracy, and quality. This person will perform bike builds and pre-assemblies according to Trek standards, lead the service area with professionalism and high standards of organization and cleanliness, and deliver best-in-class hospitality by helping customers understand service options and timelines.

This role is perfect for someone who's mechanically inclined, values precision, and loves helping others. The ideal candidate will have a positive, self-motivated, and team-first attitude, outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for cycling and helping others enjoy the ride.
