We are seeking a highly skilled Fashion Retail Manager to lead our team and drive sales in our Canberra store.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing a team of retail specialists, and driving sales through effective visual merchandising and stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of retail specialists to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies to showcase products and drive sales
  • Managing stock levels, inventory, and ordering to meet customer demand
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of leadership and management experience in a fashion retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a high-quality shopping experience
  • A strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and practices
