As a seasoned Professional Services Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving transformational services programs on the ServiceNow AI, CRM & Industry Platform.

In this high-impact position, you will partner closely with Service Sales Executives to design and deliver compelling solution architectures that meet customers' evolving needs.

  • Develop and execute pre-sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand ServiceNow's presence in the APAC market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver transformational services programs that leverage ServiceNow's AI, CRM, and Industry Platform capabilities.
  • Conduct workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts to showcase ServiceNow's solutions and demonstrate their value proposition.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solution architectures.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in IT sales, consulting, or professional services, with a focus on enterprise software and cloud-based solutions.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and delivering complex projects.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow's AI, CRM, and Industry Platform capabilities, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
