Financial Operations Manager
">We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage our financial operations, including cash flow reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
">This role will work closely with our Financial Controller and collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.
">- Prepare monthly cash flow reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and balance sheets.
- Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable and group payroll.
- Track Cost of Goods Sold and variances.
- Ensure accuracy across POS and inventory systems.
Requirements:
">- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or other inventory-based environments is highly desirable.
- An accounting degree (CPA or CA beneficial - membership paid) and group entity experience are advantageous.
- Knowledge of POS systems and Xero is beneficial.
- A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail is essential.
