Job Title:

Financial Operations Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing multiple quarterly management accounts, supporting reporting with financial inputs and narrative, maintaining and updating long-range cash flow forecasts, managing relevant payments and drawdowns in line with legal agreements, and supporting with planning, analysis, and performance reporting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Experience preparing management accounts and financial reporting
  • Strong working knowledge of UK accounting standards (qualified or QBE)
  • Strong Excel and good Xero knowledge
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset
  • Able to communicate financial information clearly with non-finance teams
  • Excellent attention to detail
