Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a retail consultant. This part-time opportunity offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional service to customers and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize open-mindedness and deep curiosity to understand others, listen without judgment, and act on diverse perspectives.
  • Develop strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively manage interactions and achieve business goals.
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role or similar environment.
  • Effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes.
  • History of successfully participating in and contributing to a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize empathy to manage interpersonal relationships.
  • Open-mindedness and deep curiosity to understand others.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of skin care and skin care industry (advantageous).
  • Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance, and home categories (advantageous).

Roster Details

This is a part-time position with an on-site working pattern. The roster includes:

  • Monday: 11:00am - 3:00pm.
  • Thursday: 11:00am - 4:00pm.
  • Friday: 11:00am - 8:00pm.
  • Saturday: 10:00am - 5:15pm.

Total hours per week: 23.75.
