Leadership Role: Domestic and Family Violence Programs

Mary & Martha's domestic and family violence refuge provides safe, secure, short term accommodation and case management to both single women and women with their children.
Using a client centred approach, we support clients with their safety, recovery and re-establishing their lives.
About the Position
The Coordinator leads the Domestic and Family Violence programs to support and empower women and children.
This role involves providing leadership, practice guidance and program development support to programs within the Domestic and Family Violence stream.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have significant experience within the community services industry, focusing on supporting individuals who have experienced domestic and family violence and their families.
You will also need:
- A degree in a relevant Human Services field.
- A minimum of three years' previous experience in a similar leadership position.
- Experience in complex case management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A current driver's licence.
- The ability to maintain a Working with Children check.
