  • Design, manage, and maintain asset marketing business plans and FY strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.", "
  • Integrate community development initiatives into LAM plans and execute accordingly, fostering a culture of community insights.", "
  • Analyze data to provide key insights, driving informed decision-making at a project level.", "
  • Evaluate competitor marketing activity and changing consumer trends, incorporating learning's into national and local campaign development and execution.", "
  • Monitor and control marketing expenditure, reforecasting in line with agreed annual budgets to minimize overspend impacts.
