Charterhouse is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to join their financial planning division at their Sydney location.

Salary: Up to $80,000 per annum + super

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to work with a leading financial planning organisation. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and supporting our financial advisors in meeting client needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with financial advisors to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients' objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and deadlines are met.
  • Conduct research on insurance and superannuation products.
  • Utilise Xplan or other industry-related software to support client advice implementation.
  • Prepare client reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (not essential but highly regarded).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a role as Client Service Manager, preferably within the financial planning industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems (Xplan preferred).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
