Job Title: Client Service Manager

Charterhouse is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Manager to join their financial planning division at their Maroubra location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with financial advisors to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and deadlines are met.
  • Conduct research on insurance and superannuation products.
  • Utilize Xplan or other industry-related software to assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement client advice and ensure a smooth client experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is not essential but highly regarded.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a role as Client Service Manager, preferably within the financial planning industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems (Xplan preferred).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
