Senior Anaesthesia Specialist

About the Role
The department provides a comprehensive range of anaesthetic services, including pre-assessment clinics, acute pain services and obstetric epidural services. They also support the trauma and cardiac arrest teams.
As part of this team, you will assist the Director in delivering high-quality clinical services, educate medical staff and students, and perform after-hours and weekend duties as rostered.
The department is an accredited training facility, requiring you to supervise medical officers and interns. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centred care.

Requirements for Success
- Be registered (or eligible for registration) as a specialist with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Hold Fellowship of the Australia and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA) or equivalent.
