Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated workforce coordinator to support the operations of our aged care facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee rosters within our payroll system as well as ongoing, long- and short-term schedules
  • Reallocate shifts, manage planned and unplanned leave and exceptions
  • Communicate updates and inform staff of schedule allocations & replacements
  • Ensure staff are working/rostered within EA and payroll reporting is ready for pay sign off
  • Coordinate, manage and resolve enquiries in a high-pressure environment, including escalation of issues
  • Admin duties

Requirements

  • Previous experience with a scheduling or rostering role
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Experience within payroll administration
  • Experience using Kronos Payroll system will be of particular advantage
  • Evidence of COVID Vaccinations
