About This Role

The Scheduler will oversee the coordination and scheduling of services for clients and caregivers, including responding to new client and caregiver inquiries.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining workforce schedules for clients and employees, ensuring all shifts are filled.

The Scheduler will also coordinate client services and employee schedules daily via a management system to ensure clients receive requested services.

About You

Experience working in human resources or workforce planning is essential, along with customer service skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Aged care experience is highly desirable, as well as the ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
