What Your Day Will Look Like….

You'll be at the centre of ensuring our medical workforce is well-supported, collaborating with executives, clinical directors, and HR teams to deliver a seamless, professional employment service. Your work will range from coordinating large-scale recruitment campaigns to providing trusted advice on complex workforce and compliance matters. Each day brings the opportunity to strengthen systems, mentor your team, and build strong relationships with stakeholders—always with a focus on creating a positive, efficient, and people-focused environment. By combining strategy with hands-on leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in building a medical workforce that's prepared to meet the health needs of today and tomorrow.
