  • Prepare and implement the centre's annual income and expenditure budget, business plan, marketing plan and monthly reports.">

  • Maintain sinking fund and prepare income, likely expenditure and probable balance.">
  • Actively participate in all areas of leasing including advertising, seeking tenants, rent reviews, collection of figures and reconciliations.">
