About the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Specialist Role
This is a key position within our hospital's obstetrics and gynaecology department.
We are seeking an experienced obstetrician and gynaecologist to join our team of healthcare professionals in northeast Victoria.
The successful applicant will provide high-quality medical services to patients, working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive obstetrics and gynaecology services to patients at our hospital.
- Sharing on-call cover with existing specialists to ensure 24/7 coverage.
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribution to quality improvement initiatives within the department.
To be successful in this role, applicants must possess:
- Registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
- Appropriate clinical experience in obstetrics and gynaecology.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
