Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical knowledge and root cause analysis approach to all equipment problems using problem solving processes to maintain asset performance.
  • Day-to-day management of plant performance and plan, organise & oversee the safe execution of maintenance activities.
  • Inspect and understand the condition of all plant and equipment.
  • Seek ways to improve performance and input to maintenance strategies.

About You

  • You are a self-motivated individual with a high level of initiative and energy.
">

Requirements

">
  • Educational qualifications: electrical trade qualifications or electrical engineering qualifications with practical experience.
  • Licenses: electrical supervisor or contractor license (NSW).
  • Experience: technical experience within a maintenance function, problem solving and reliability improvement experience.
  • Skills: effective communication and interpersonal skills, commitment to the safety and wellbeing of yourself and others.
