Job Title: Support Worker

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives? We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality support to clients, respecting their individual needs and preferences
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and support specialists to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to clients' needs, prioritizing their well-being and safety
  • Provide flexible support to clients, adapting to their changing needs and circumstances

Requirements:

  • Hold NDIS worker screening or yellow card (or willingness to obtain)
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a blue card
  • Have a Certificate III in disability or related fields (preferred)
  • Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia
  • Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives

Salary:$30.00 - $39.99 per hour
