Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual with a passion for technology to join our team as a Junior AV Installer/Technician.

The Role

You will work closely with a senior installer to deliver, install and configure audio-visual and IT systems at customer sites. Your role will include a diverse range of tasks - from simple TV installation and set-up to data transfers and device diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery, installation, and configuration of equipment or systems at customer sites.
  • Perform initial diagnostics of devices.
  • Provide instructions and support to customers.
  • Be responsible for site maintenance including clearing rubbish and packaging from installation sites.
  • Provide IT support and troubleshooting.
About You

Essential requirements include experience in technical home installations and IT support, basic troubleshooting skills, strong communication skills, a proactive approach, excellent time management, and a current driver's license.
