About This Role

The Member Support Manager is a key leadership position within our organisation, responsible for leading a team of Member Support Consultants to maximise membership growth and create a positive member experience.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will oversee front desk operations, set best-in-class service standards and mentor their team to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily workflow of the club's MSC team to achieve sales targets
  • Create a structure to ensure the MSC team achieves their daily performance criteria
  • Achieve member retention and growth goals on a monthly basis
  • Sponsor initiatives to drive membership growth

About You

You will have proven sales and customer service experience, an understanding of sales techniques and customer retention strategies, and previous experience managing and mentoring a team.
