**Job Title:** Marketing Administrator

Job Description

The key objective of this role is to provide administrative support to the marketing team. This involves assisting in the creation, production and delivery of marketing material for both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support the development and implementation of effective media, marketing and communication plans to enhance brand visibility.
  • Assist in generating creative and media briefs and coordinate with agencies to ensure timely delivery of high quality, on-brand marketing.
  • Grow the company's social media presence by capturing and providing content that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and brand messaging.
  • Support internal departments with the development of marketing material, including internal communication and presentation material development.
  • Maintain the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the company website, ensuring content is aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Assist in planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive engagement.
  • Provide logistical support and coordination for events.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks as required.
Key Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or relevant discipline.
  • Experience in design programs (e.g. Adobe suite) or work experience in graphic design - Highly regarded.
