For 170 years, OzChild has been supporting vulnerable children and young people through a comprehensive range of services. The Integrated Family Services Program is one of the organization's largest teams, integrating multiple services under a single umbrella.

The successful applicant will join a collaborative team environment where professionals work together to promote safety and wellbeing for children and families across the Bayside Peninsula area.

We are seeking a tertiary qualified individual with experience delivering case management based on Best Interest Principles. A sound understanding of theoretical frameworks relating to trauma, abuse and neglect, along with practical application in current roles, is essential.

A strong knowledge base in child protection, safeguarding of children and young people, as well as the out-of-home care system and standards, is also required.

This role offers a unique training and professional development journey, with opportunities to engage with diverse models and approaches. Working hours are generally between 9am-5pm, with some flexibility for occasional after-hours commitments.
