Aquatics Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aquatics Manager to lead our CISAC Aquatics team. This is an instrumental role in the optimal operation of the Aquatics division, responsible for maintaining service and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as an Aquatic Duty Manager or higher duties, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. They will also possess exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively manage priorities for themselves and other staff.

  • Current Pool Lifeguard License
  • CPR & First Aid
  • WWVPRLSSA Workplace Supervisor - Technical Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and operational standard for all aspects of the Aquatic environment
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels according to RLSS Guidelines and SOPs
  • Support the delivery of Aquatics Programs alongside the Facility Manager and Swim School Facility Coordinator
  • Identify and develop a strong team of Duty Managers to ensure adequate onsite support outside of normal business hours
