- Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve program goals.
- Manage student placements across multiple disciplines, including care, disability, clinical, and business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and develop opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Proven experience in managing talent or workforce development programs.
- Strong understanding of Australia's VET and higher education systems.
