We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our Molecular Genetics team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling telephone enquiries for genetic tests and providing excellent customer service
  • Performing administrative tasks related to genetic testing, including gathering information from patients and doctors
  • Unpacking and processing specimens in a timely manner, adhering to strict legislative guidelines
  • Recording key information in our databases and completing other duties as directed by management
  • Laboratory aide duties
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word Suite

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good time management, and customer service skills. They will be willing to work full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 6:30am-6pm, and possess tertiary-level studies in Science.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Appropriate working rights in Australia
  • Ability to pass a police check
