We are seeking dedicated support care workers to provide assistance to vulnerable individuals in their homes throughout Queensland.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Delivering person-centered care and support to clients in a home environment
  • Assisting with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Organizing outings and activities for clients that cater to their interests and needs
  • Reviewing client care plans and understanding their goals and requirements
  • Utilizing technology to track important information and identify potential hazards ensuring client safety

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within the aged care sector (Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support preferred)
  • A genuine desire to make a positive impact on clients' lives and assist them in maintaining their independence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
  • Current Australian driver's license and registered vehicle (travel is an essential aspect of this role)
