Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement WHS policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments, audits, and implement effective hazard controls to mitigate risks.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Oversee return-to-work programs and workers' compensation processes to support injured employees.
- Deliver WHS training and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
- At least 5 years of experience in WHS management, preferably in high-risk industries.
- Diploma or higher in Work Health and Safety (WHS) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of WHS laws and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to multiple sites and conduct hands-on inspections.
