Woods & Co. has partnered with a leading industry player to find a seasoned WHS Manager to oversee safety initiatives across multiple sites. This role involves ensuring the health, safety, and compliance of operations while promoting a proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement WHS policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and implement hazard controls.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee return-to-work programs and workers' compensation processes.
- Deliver WHS training and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in WHS management, preferably in high-risk industries.
- Diploma or higher in Work Health and Safety (WHS) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of WHS laws and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to multiple sites and conduct hands-on inspections.
