We are seeking a skilled Night Porter to provide exceptional guest service and ensure the smooth operation of overnight activities.
- Welcoming guests and carrying luggage
- Valet parking guest vehicles
- Explaining hotel facilities and amenities
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the Hotel entrance area
- Providing valuable information on local dining, entertainment options, and tourism attractions
- Promoting loyalty programs and enhancing customer experience
This role requires flexibility and adaptability, including working a 7-day roster with overnights and public holidays.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience and strong analytical skills with attention to detail, as well as proficiency in Excel and Opera Cloud software.
Key Requirements- Previous experience in a similar role (essential)
