Job Description

Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park are looking for enthusiastic, friendly customer service extraordinaires with a strong knowledge of the World of Melbourne to join our Concierge team as a Porter / Concierge .

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Concierge, your responsibilities as a Porter / Concierge include :

  • Being the first point of contact and greeting our guests with a warm welcome every time.
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests in every interaction by anticipating their needs, responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
  • Share your knowledge and passion for Melbourne.
  • Be the "face" of our hotel showing pride with each interaction.
  • Welcome our guests and make them feel special.
  • Assist guests with general enquiries and luggage requests.
  • Valet parking of cars.
  • General Porter duties as required.

Qualifications

About You

The ideal candidate will have :

Great communication and interpersonal skills.A passion for customer service and finding solutions.A valid driver's license.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.Strong attention to detail.Reliability and flexibility to work a rotating roster across 7 days.
